Role in GUIDE.MRD (brief description):
The LungenClinic Grosshansdorf is an internationally recognised specialist clinic for all diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract as well as a certified lung cancer centre. As a northern German thorax centre, it treats around 12,000 patients a year as inpatients and outpatients in the main areas of pneumology, oncology, thoracic surgery and anesthesia.
For GUIDE.MRD we will recruit patients with lung cancer and collect biomaterial and clinical data.
Expectation of GUIDE.MRD (brief description):
By collaborating in the GUIDE.MRD project, we hope to better understand the response to cancer therapy in order to develop methods to determine the risk of recurrence and enable early intervention to improve and optimise treatment options.
